  • I don’t believe anxiety is something that should be looked at as something that needs to be “cured”, but rather as something that you can learn from. Together through my holistic approach in therapy you will learn how to utilize the body’s signals to teach you how to manage your anxiety and learn lifelong strategies to decrease overthinking, self-doubt, and internal worries.

  • Anxiety can often affect us physically, otherwise known as somatic symptoms. Common physical symptoms experienced with anxiety are headaches, stomach aches, heart palpitations, or even shortness of breath. Sometimes anxiety may even affect our sleep or cause panic attacks. If any of these apply to you, I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation. However, please note any major concerns should always be seen by a doctor first to rule out any medical issues.

  • If you feel your anxiety is controlling the way you think and feel, along with negatively impacting the relationship you have with yourself and others, then therapy for anxiety might be a good fit for you.
