I understand firsthand how painful it can be to feel stuck in a difficult relationship with food and your body. For years, I struggled with body image, harsh self-criticism, and the pressure to reach an unrealistic number on the scale. Those experiences shaped me—but they don’t define me anymore. Through deep personal healing and my background as a holistic health counselor, I’ve learned how to cultivate a more peaceful, compassionate connection with myself. Today, I’m passionate about supporting others who are ready to explore what’s underneath the surface—to uncover the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping them from feeling truly free and confident in their bodies and lives.

Yes, As long as your eating disorder is not acute, or that you do not require a higher level of care, I can work with you. If you have a history of an eating disorder or you have been in prior treatment for an eating disorder, then I may be the right therapist with you. While everyone experiences anxiety from time to time, an anxiety disorder involves persistent worry or fear that can interfere with daily life. Anxiety disorders can show up as excessive worry, restlessness, trouble concentrating, sleep disturbances, and physical symptoms like muscle tension or a racing heart. You might feel on edge, overwhelmed, or find yourself avoiding situations that cause fear or discomfort. When these feelings persist and begin to interfere with daily life, it may be a sign that additional support could help.
