Are You Someone who

Are you someone who has always struggled in their relationship with food and the way they feel about their body? Are you tired of constantly being preoccupied by food, left wondering what to eat, what not to eat, and when to eat their next meal? Do you label food as "good or bad" and as a result, feel shame or guilt about what you're eating?

Now more than ever people are feeling anxious, disconnected, and overwhelmed. They are struggling in their relationships, their health, and worrying about their future. Ignoring your “body’s signals” and the daily stressors that you feel can often have long-term negative effects on your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

Clients work with me in order to break free from those unhealthy patterns in their lives, reduce stress, and feel more confident and secure within themselves. Through my holistic approach you will become equipped with all the tools needed to reframe your mindset and change the way you feel about your mental, physical, and emotional self.

Hi, I’m Erica and I’m here to help you reframe your mindset.

I know what it’s like to feel insecure and struggle in my relationship with food and my body. I used to be labeled as “fat” and obese and constantly body shame myself. I used to always chase that “magical number on the scale” and never feel completely satisfied by my shape or size. Through my work of self discovery and my prior professional experience as a holistic health counselor I have learned how to have a healthy relationship with food and my body. That is just one part of my story and a reason I love to help individuals looking to dig deep and uncover negative patterns or behaviors they feel may be holding them back.

I specialize in utilizing a unique and holistic approach in therapy to help anyone struggling in their relationship with food, themselves, and their body, ultimately find self acceptance, live more mindfully, and cultivate more positive relationships in their lives. Through my holistic approach we will discuss the mind-body connection and learn how our mindset can have a powerful impact on our mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

If you’re looking for a therapist with a unique and different approach, then welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Come learn how to nourish yourself from the inside out.
