That is why I love to help motivated individuals looking to dig deep and uncover negative patterns or behaviors they feel may be holding them back. I work with clients who are looking to cultivate more meaningful and positive relationships in their lives.

I specialize in utilizing a unique and holistic approach in therapy in order to help clients who are struggling in their relationship with food, themselves, or others ultimately find self acceptance, live more mindfully, and learn they are enough.
